Project overview
Finch Services Ltd demolished an existing carpet showroom in Saffron Walden to prepare the site for two new residential dwellings.
Following demolition, we completed the full groundworks package to DPC level including foundations, drainage, service ducts, driveways and block and beam flooring.
This project demonstrates our ability to manage projects from demolition through to complete groundwork preparation for new builds.
