Project overview
Finch Services Ltd cleared the site and completed a full groundworks package to DPC for a new build project in Cotton.
The work included vegetation clearance, installation of access from the road, construction of roadway, foundations, drainage systems and block and beam flooring.
Foundations reached depths of 2.5 metres and required claymaster heave protection, demonstrating our experience with more complex groundwork conditions.
This project highlights our ability to deliver complete groundworks packages, including challenging foundation requirements.
