Great Easton – Extension Groundworks

Full groundworks package for a residential extension including floor reduction, drainage and foundations.

Project overview

Finch Services Ltd carried out a full groundworks package for a new extension project in Great Easton.

The works began with breaking out the floor within the existing extension and lowering floor levels to suit the new build requirements.

Groundworks were then completed to DPC level, including foundations, foul drainage, storm drainage, service ducts, oversite preparation and driveway groundwork.

This project demonstrates our ability to undertake extension groundwork projects from initial preparation through to accurate foundations and site readiness for construction.
