– Pipe existing ditch and create new access in from the road.
– Undertake full groundworks package up to DPC, including roadway, foundation, foul drain, storm drainage, block and beam.
– Foundations where 2.5m deep, requiring claymaster heave board to be installed to the inside face of the perimater trenches.
